My Philosophy

Hello and thank you for being here. My name is Jesse Liu (he/him/his). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Finding your path in life can seem like a daunting journey, but one that is gratifying. My philosophy is people deserve to both thrive and find connections. I believe that everyone deserves to find moments in their life that they thrive. Thriving can look different for everyone, just as we are all unique in our experiences, we are unique in the ways we thrive. When we thrive, we are able to connect deeper with others, ourselves, and the world around us, leading to experiences on a profound level. It is a process of cultivating compassion and becoming attuned to the emotions and needs of ourselves and those around us. My intention is to help people open up to a world of understanding, kindness, processing, healing, and meaningful connections. No matter if you’ve experienced loss, adverse relationships, traumatic experiences, or have felt lost. I believe that each individual can find or work toward moments of thriving in their life. This path will include introspection, self-awareness, and a willingness to embrace vulnerability. I am passionate in pursuing a path that can enrich your sense of self, strengthen your sense of community, and ultimately bring greater empathy into your life.
